Regal Communications, incorporated in 1995, was created by James Moore and David Burchett with the sole mission of providing magnificent customer service and excellence in professionalism and knowledge to it’s clients. What started out as a “Service Only” business has grown to a multi-location sales and service organization that serves the entire state of Kentucky, as well as Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

Our account executives will work with you to meet your business and budget needs and will make finding the right business telephone system or office wiring simple and convenient.

Our customers appreciate the quick, honest and precise response they receive every time they need a communications solution. With fast and friendly service each customer feels as though they are our only customer.

With over 75 years combined experience our technicians’ abilities are unparalleled by any other competitor in the area. We sell, repair and install business telephone systems. We will also perform administrative and user training for customers. If your business telephone system wasn’t purchased from us, don’t worry, we will work on any system no matter who sold it!
